Since starting Cambridge Marketing Consultancy in 2012 Nicolle has successfully delivered an array of creative, forward thinking and strategic marketing projects for small and growing businesses across the UK and is an integral part of their team. She loves exploring exciting and innovative ways of helping clients to be more competitive, engaging and customer focused within their industry.
Nicolle has worked for a number of Global and UK companies and started her sales and marketing career at one of Cambridge's most successful technology companies, CSR (now Qualcomm), before heading up the marketing department for the Guild of Professional Estate Agents and award winning Estate Agency Franchise, Fine & Country.
She loves marketing & helping small businesses succeed almost as much as she loves snowboarding, good food and wine and being a mum to her two beautiful (but fiercely independent) daughters.
Amy Fletcher is an award winning innovation & creative marketing consultant. She has completed more than a hundred assignments for goods and service providers, formulating their marketing messages and building their brands. She spent several years at M&C Saatchi Group, the biggest Independent Creative Agency Network in the World, before working at companies such as McPherson’s and Royal Philips Electronics.
She also helped set up a successful marketing consultancy in Australia, running projects for some of the most impactful global brands. She believes the principles of marketing are the same regardless of the size of a company. The aim is always to reach and influence the target customer in the most cost effective way. Her greatest strength is her ability to think strategically and create marketing plans that ‘future proof’ a company.
She runs the London office of Cambridge Marketing Consultancy and works on projects spanning from marketing and brand planning to creating design & digital content.
